Raw Papaya

This tropical fruit is excellent for regulating your period flow. Eating a raw green papaya for breakfast a few weeks before your periods really helps. This fruit is filled with vitamin c and fiber.  Papaya helps to build the contractions in your uterine muscles which lead to a smooth flow of blood. However, it is advisable not to eat papaya during your periods.

Turmeric

Remember when your mom used to give turmeric and milk for good health. Yes, you should have drunk it regularly. Turmeric is the best medicinal item stored in your kitchen.
