Trek Amenities
Trek Itinerary
- Arrive at Kathgodam railway station early in the morning.
- Board a taxi or bus to reach the starting point of the trek at Kharkiya, which is a 6-hour drive from Kathgodam.
- We will also assist you in boarding transportation.
- Begin the trek from Kharkiya and hike for 5-6 hours to reach the village of Khati.
- Check in to a hotel for an overnight stay and rest for the night.
- Wake up early in the morning and have breakfast.
- Begin the trek from Khati and hike for 6-7 hours to reach the village of Dwali.
- The trek route passes through dense forests and small streams, providing beautiful views of the Himalayas.
- Check-in to a guest house for an overnight stay and rest for the night.
- Wake up early in the morning and have breakfast.
- Begin the trek from Dwali and hike for 5-6 hours to reach the campsite of Phurkiya.
- The trek route passes through scenic landscapes and offers panoramic views of the Pindari Glacier and surrounding peaks.
- Set up camp at Phurkiya and rest for the night
- Wake up early in the morning and have breakfast.
- Begin the trek from Phurkiya and hike for 3-4 hours to reach the Pindari Glacier.
- Spend some time exploring the glacier and taking in the breathtaking views.
- Trek back to Phurkiya and rest for the night at the campsite.
- Wake up early in the morning and have breakfast.
- Begin the trek back to Khati, which takes around 7-8 hours.
- Check-in to a hotel for an overnight stay and rest for the night.
- Wake up early in the morning and have breakfast.
- Board a taxi or bus to reach Kathgodam, which is a 6-hour drive from Khati.
- Reach Kathgodam in the afternoon and take a train or bus back to your destination.

I have done multiple treks in last 8 years and it is one of the most beautiful treks I have ever done.
Pindari Glacier Trek best point I did here was the river crossing, interaction with baba ji and the stories of the Nanda Devi peak.
Night Stargazing was the most mesmerising time for me.
In short I can say indeed, those were the best days of my life. Pindari Glacier Trek is the must doing trek for everyone.
