It’s that guilty pleasure that I often seek to while planning my trips. And out of all the places, I have immensely enjoyed the hippie culture of India for its peace-loving people and flamboyant surroundings.
The best part is you can trace this vibrant culture in India since the Golden Days. The first time when Beatles visited Rishikesh and spread its spirit of the trail of magic here, this country paved its path of nirvana connecting several hippie locations worth exploring.

Definitely, Goa is the first place that comes to my mind when we plan a trippy vacation. Whether you want to lose yourself to psychedelic music in North Goa or find yourselves in the tranquillity of the South Goa, you’ll find everything in this hippie town! And the matter of fact is thousands of hippies settle down in Goa forever. The reason is they simply can’t get enough of the sand and the sun.
